The United Kingdom has already voted to leave the EU. The will of the people must be respected and implemented.The Queen should refuse to assent to any bill requiring a second referendum.

The granting of royal assent is not something that the UK Government or Parliament is responsible for.

The decision whether to grant royal assent to an act of parliament is a matter for the Queen, not the UK Government or Parliament.
