Remove the £18,600 a year requirement for Non-EU spouses of British Citizens.
As a hard-working British Citizen, you should have the right to bring your non-EU love with you to the UK if you want to. If you do not earn £18,600 a year, you are denied this right. Many hard-workers who work full time do NOT earn this and are faced with separation from their spouse.
