We believe that Julie Walters CBE, an Oscar nominee, one of Britain's greatest actresses and an undisputed national treasure, should be created a Dame Commander of the British Empire. When school headteachers and business leaders are being awarded this honour, we believe that Julie Walters deserves to be recognised for her talent and achievements.
