According the the BBC,“All wet wipes sold as flushable in the UK have failed the industrys disintergration test”. “Flushable” wet wipes cause 80% of blockages in sewers and cost around £100m a year.
This money could be reinvested into our ageing infrastructure and could prevent more ocean pollution
