The petition calls on MPs to vote against the draft "Brexit" agreement.
In 2017, David Davis, (then Brexit Secretary), set out the government's objectives for "Brexit" negotiations. Keir Starmer, MP has subsequently identified “six tests” to measure whether these objectives had been achieved. The draft agreement does not meet these objectives.
