Change Planning Laws on Fences to require a 300mm Hole on each side for Wildlife

Petition Details

Today most New Houses have FULLY enclosed rear gardens with high fences down to the ground, seeing our Wildlife is in Decline it makes sense to help them out with these Holes so they can Roam around as they should, Humans have and keep taking away their Habitat, Hedgehogs for one do a lot of good.

Additional Information

Concrete Gravel Boards need to have one Manufactured with a Hole, wooden fences need the same when sat on the ground, Humans must try to Protect Wildlife for future Generations or we are Selfish.
