Give the final vote on what deal to take including "No Leave" to the people
Both "leavers" and "Remainers" need to have a say on the deals presented to us by our electorate to ensure the will of the people is being carried out. Jumping out of a plane seems like a good idea until the parachute doesn't work. Give the people a chance to pull the reserve chord
