Can I be given the right to not own a mobile phone or to stay ex-directory. .
I have had any amount of difficulty with web sites that will not progress unless I give them a genuine mobile telephone number. I wish to remain ex-directory or, the unacceptable, not to own a mobile phone if I choose not to do.
Water company is Southeast water
Bank is Santander
Credit card company is MBNA
