Change age limit for large engine cars as it is for motorbikes

Petition Details

I want it changed as is for motorbikes so young people can not drive cars above a 1.2 engine till they are 25 so can help reduce risk of fatal or life changing injures

Additional Information

My daughter was in car crash with young lad at wheel in large engine car and crashed car ended up on roof and she was injured two broken ankles deep cut to leg and now has too have two surgery
