Increase threshold for considering a petition for debate from 100,000 signatures

Petition Details

100,000 signatures is not a true reflection of the population, and should not be debated in parliament. Present day we have 67 million people in the UK and so 1% of the population would be a more realistic figure. This then can be reviewed every 10 million the population increases.I
