Review South West Railway's franchise into London Waterloo
Since South West Railway took over from South West Trains, its been an absolute mess with late and often cancelled trains. Under South West Trains, there were challenges, but broadly they managed the trains well. South West Railway's ability to run the franchise is in doubt and should be reviewed
