Public referrendum BEFORE any decision to join the single EU currency.
David Cameron pledged that Britain will not join the EU currency however German finance minister Wolfgang Schauble has recently said that Britain will be forced to join the single currency and will be left on the sidelines unless it signed up. The Government should debate on allowing the public the to make this decision rather than Ministers themselves.
