Private parking companies to charge 24 hours maximum fee penalties in car parks
Private car parks such as those in hospitals, hotels, motorway service stations, supermarkets have been issuing parking charges average of £100 for overstaying. The Government should reduce the maximum charge to what it will cost to park for 24 hours and not the extortionate charges.
