Charity begins at home
At a time of austerity we continue to spend billions of pounds in overseas aid to countrys whose governments have been proven to corruptly syphon off said aid money. Yet here in the UK institutions such as St John Hospice, Claire House, The Lifeboats, Care homes and other public service provision have to go cap in hand for funding or close.
Enough is enough this is our money and we demand that you, our government, stop sending aid money abroad and tend to our own sick, needy and eldery first and foremost.
