Stop local councils to collect waste during school run and peak hours.
This creates massive disruptions on local roads across the UK and stresses parents, children and other commuters. These services should not create problems for tax payers who fund them.
The ban on collection waste during rush-hours is implemented and made a law in many countries across the world. Example: Malta
