Stop Rape Victims underwear being used to defend an alleged Perpetrator in Court

Petition Details

In a recent trial in Dublin a 27 year old male was aqquited of raping a 17 year old female on the basis that her see through underwear somehow indicated she was ‘open to being with someone’. This is ‘victims blaming’ and is wrong. I feel the barrister was further abusing the female in this case.
