Against The Unjustified Rise of probate fees
This is a service that is supplied by ccj there really is no reason that you should have to claim probate if you have a will or if your partner outlives
you they can organise your wishes at no cost at all
The rise probate fees cannot be justified as it is the same workload to administer probate for an estates valued Between at £ 50.000 to £2m
the bulk of this work administering probate is carried out by civil servants who earn about £10.00 an hour so a fair rate for the service supplied .On the proposed rise in fees this is a tax on your wealth that you have accumulated and not a fee for a service so you are discriminated against for working hard and saving
