Public sector pensions should be stakeholder pensions

Additional Information

Pensions for all employees in the public sector should be stakeholder pensions (defined contribution pension plans). This would ensure that the government, and therefore taxpayers, have no financial obligations towards people who have retired from jobs in the public sector.
