Traffic Congestion Easing Measures

Additional Information

Traffic congestion could be eased on motorways and dual carriageways if lorries were prevented from overtaking on inclines(hills and bridges). We the undersigned wish the British Government to introduce a law to make it illegal for lorries to overtake on an incline.
