Make it non-compulsory for students to pay for a tv license

Petition Details

If students can prove that a tv license has been paid for at their home address there should be no need to pay for a license at their student accommodation.

Additional Information

Currently students do not have to pay council tax at student accommodation, this should also apply for tv license.
