Investigate Brexit negotiations to determine if Remain has led the agenda
Looking at the outcome of the Brexit negotiations it could be suggested that they have been conducted with a view to leaving the EU in name alone and should be independently investigated to find out if there was a hidden (remain) agenda for the beginning.
