Make mental health education compulsory in high schools
I did a survey of 250 teenage girls re:their mental health and found that over half of the factors that contributed to their mental health issues stemmed from school environment. to me, this indicates that compulsory PSHE lessons on wellbeing, seeking help and general mental health should be taught.
