Make it an offence for people misusing parent and child car parking spaces
I have had numerous occasions when I can't park in a parent and child parking space due to people parking in them when they don't have a child. I have challenged people who I have seen misuse a space but I don't feel that this is enough. I know other parents have experienced and feel the same.
