Reinstate the Senior care worker on the job shortage list (Tier 2 visa General)
All care sectors across the UK, have benefited from staffing through Senior care workers being on job shortage list (Tier 2 General). Since the removal of this profession from the list it has been increasingly difficult for employers to find staff to work senior care job roles.
Care settings such as NHS, private residential homecare, nursing homes and domiciliary care have all benefited for this profession being on the job shortage list.
