City status for Wallasey and Birkenhead

This E Petition is for the Government to recommend to Her Majesty The Queen, that she confer the status of a City upon the towns of Wallasey and Birkenhead. For a century there has been one city in the Wirral Peninsular - the City of Chester. Making Wallasey and Birkenhead Cities would be great for the Wirral peninsular.
