Stop Artical 13 or modify Arrival 13 for fair use for all internet creators.
Article 13 could be the end for most content creators on the internet. High amount of web services and social media rely on using the fair usage policy for there media or creations.
I use an app called TikTok. This app uses content others have created and lets users record a video they make to match the song of there choice. Earlier this year this app reached 500 million monthly active users nationwide. Activation of Article 13 could jeopardize this app and all of its features.
