Ban marriages and sexual relationships between first degree relatives.
Marrying a first degree relative increases the risk of genetic abnormalities. These relationships need to be banned to reduce the number of future children with such conditions.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the UK Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
A first degree relative is usually considered to be a person's parent, sibling, or child. Marriages between these types of relatives are already prohibited. We're therefore not sure what further action you'd like the UK Government and Parliament to take.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
