Freeze Train Fares, at the current price, as the current service is lacking.
I am proposing a freeze at the current price until such time that trains are running consistently, without delay. As well as a notice for events affecting service, being given well in advance so that other travel arrangments can be made so that the country runs smoothly, for all.
