Make kicking people in the head result in a charge of attempted murder.

Very recently my Neice was attacked by 3 people.
During this attack she was punched and kicked in the head and had her head stomped on I'M CALLING FOR A CHANGE IN LAW that anyone found beyond reasonable doubt to have kicked anyone in the head should be charged with attempted murder.

Additional Information

No one knows what damage you can cause by kicking someone in the head it may just leave a bruise or it may lead to life changing injuries or worse could easily result in death. The attack on my Neice left her unconscious at the side of the road after take 3 kicks to the head and one final stomp, this could have very easily ended in death and should come with a punishment that fits the crime and that will deter people that feel this is acceptable.
