UK Suppose Visa is issued for 33 Months however applicants are being charged for three Full years.

Additional Information

As per GOV.UK health surcharge for Visa Applicants is £200 per year at the moment as it going to be increased.
Why there is full 1 health surcharge where Visa is being issued for less than a year.
For example suppose Visa is issued for 33 months but Applicants have to pay health surcharge full £600 which is for 3 full years.
