Cut the beer tax on our pubs

Petition Details

The local pub has been the heart and soul of our British culture for many generations and are one of our best assets.

However, between beer duty, business rates and vat , pubs are under increasing tax pressure .

We pay nearly 40% of all beer duty in the EU but only drink 12% of the beer.
