Add a 'Disagree With This Petition' option
When reading some of the petitions raised I often strongly disagree with the subject matter which portrays a one-sided opinion. If there was a disagree option as well as a 'sign' this petition it would provide a more balanced view and could save the need for a debate, thus saving MPs time.
