Stop the Parole Board releasing David McGreavy 'the Monster of Worcester'
The Parole Board for England and Wales have decided to free David McGreavy murderer of 4 children in 1973 in Worcester to be freed from Prison.
Stop David McGreavy 'the Monster of Worcester' named thus for his horrific murder of 4 young children by impaling them on a fence and left to die in the most painful, bestial, horrific and mediaeval manner in 1973. By this decision, the Parole Board evidences itself as Not Fit for Purpose as it has made a number of Parole decisions recently which were not acceptable to common decency, common sense and the protection of the Public from such Monsters

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
This isn't something that the UK Government and Parliament can do.
Decisions about releasing prisoners into the community are taken by the Parole Board, which is independent. The Government and Parliament can't change the Parole Board's decision.
