Overturn the decision by the parole board to clear the release of David McGreavy
David McGreavy murdered then impaled three children in 1973. Paul Ralph, four, and his sisters Dawn, two, and nine-month-old Samantha at their home in Worcester. Paul had been strangled. David has been cleared for release by the parole board. This petition is to have that decision overturned.

This isn't something that the UK Government and Parliament can do.
Decisions about releasing prisoners into the community are taken by the Parole Board, which is independent. The Government and Parliament can't change the Parole Board's decision.
