Implement meditation lessons as mandatory on UK nursery and school curriculum
Regular meditation and self awareness practice is the key to personal emotional / mental health and well being. For this to be effective it must be taught from the root, in nursery, primary and secondary schools to improve lives and for humanity as a whole.
