To enter the uk, all lorry hgv drivers must carry a insurance card for the hgv they are driving, or a valid card from their employers, incase of a accident or incident, the card would have employment address and insurance details on, drive without one should fine the driver and take the hgv away

I was involved in a accident and it took the police 45 mins to get his details and his insurance how would the public who are shaken up get that information
Even the police said good luck
So a card with insurance address, policy number, name of the employer
