Petition Details

Dogs & Domestic Animals are bred & kept alone on allotments in conditions in contravention of the 5 Freedoms of the Animal Welfare Act.
Animals, only discovered by chance among inaccessible enclaves of dilapidated sheds, often dead or dying;unsupervised, they are vulnerable to fire & random attack.
