Make Outfox The Market compensate all its customers for ignoring their queries
Outfox the Market was supposed to be an energy supplier offering good prices and conducting itself with honesty.
Since 2018 this company has resorted to increasing it's prices 3 times this year.
When customers try to contact them they are ignored. They block you leaving them and cause undue stress
OUTFOX THE MARKET has increased its prices for the 3rd time this year. They ignore all emails, if you're lucky to get a response, it's a generic email, phone line is out of order or constantly engaged. And their chat service is always down. It also resorts to blocking you leaving to join a new supplier.
It even refuses to refund £100's worth of credit
I ask this company to compensate it's customers for all the undue stress it has caused them! For their time spent on phone calls and emails.
