Legalise “tactical contact” to end motorbike crimes, without prosecution.
Theft, robberies and all manner of recklessness involving motorcycles needs to stop. Police need to be able to use tactical contact to stop motorcyclists if they are known to have committed a crime. But they need to be free from prosecution or sueing.
