Promote more employment opportunities for black people to boost the economy.
We need support to boost employment opportunities for coloured people. A lot of companies have “equal opportunities monitoring” process for their applications but that doesn’t help either. Discrimination needs to be taken more seriously so we can boost they economy by getting more people in to work.
A lot of people from ethnic minorities (especially coloured people) succesfully apply for jobs and get invited to interviews only to get rejected after successfully answering the interviewer’s questions correctly and confidently. This is mostly the reason why employment rates are low between blacks.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because we aren't sure what action you would like the UK Government or Parliament to take.
Petitions need to call for a specific action. We aren't sure what you would like the UK Government to do to promote more employment opportunities for ethnic minorities.
You could start a new petition setting out clearly what you would like the Government to do.
