Petition Details

Owner filmed dogs ripping a cat apart for his own ‘fun’ gets a dispicable 22 weeks and a £490 fine. The footage was so horrific the judge had the leave court. Crimes against animals do not carry tough enough sentences. This type of sickening behaviour requires urgent action. We can, and must do more
