Petition Action

ask O2 to give all back payments (87p per customer) to a homeless charity

Petition Details

Last Thursday all O2 customers experienced a data blackout which caused some annoyance to our days, but the 87p being refunded does little in helping reduce our bill. So, instead of however million people being refunded 87p each, O2 should give the total of our 87p's to a homeless charity.

Additional Information

As this would make a huge difference, and help hundreds of people in need that are on our streets this winter.

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

We can't accept your petition because it's about something the UK Government or Parliament is not responsible for. This would the responsibility of O2.
