Increase the minimum wage for hgv drivers

I’ve been an hgv driver for 9 years and have been on the same wage with no increase, yet minimum wage keeps getting close to a skilled hgv drivers wage. The average hgv driver age is 56 and the country is short of drivers as it is (60,000)

Additional Information

So in 10 years time the numbers will be far greater, so act now and increase the wage to reflect the work we do on a daily basis and encourage the younger generation to take up a career in driving, because as it stands now I wouldn’t recommend it to
