CSA to consider both parents earnings

Additional Information

Proposal to amend the CSA to take into account the earnings of BOTH parents.For example if the parent with responsibility earns 5 times the income of the parent without surely it is unjust that the non-resident parent should pay maintenance when the resident parent is more than capable of supporting the child ?
