English Football Referee's Should Be Fined A Weeks Wages For A Series Of Bad Decisions In A Game.

Additional Information

In the past and present, there have been many decisions that English Referee's have made that have been the wrong decision. I would like the government to pass a law that forces the FA to fine ref's that make an unfair game. This will make them think twice about the decision they take.
