The creation of a written British Constitution
Britain currently has an unwritten constitution. I propose creating a legal constitutional document to which governments are accountable. It should outline the workings of government and the relationship between the state and the citizen.
Britain's unwritten approach, built upon custom and precedent, is not sufficient in the modern era.
