Referendum on the UK
The United Kingdom is an indivisible Union of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland with neither having the individual right to secede. The only right to secede is if all members choose to dissolve the union.
The United Kingdom at large should hold a referendum and ask the difficult but important question - Should the United Kingdom be dissolved?
