Save our Planet. Cap plastic bags to 4 per person & raise price to 25p per bag.
Hello, my fellow Earth dwellers.
My name is Dua Parizay Khan, like most of you, I love my UK, I love my Oceans and I love my Earth.
By making this petition I am doing a teensy-weensy part of my little bit for my Planet & by signing it you can do the same.
As we are aware, plastic is having a horrendous impact on our beautiful planet.
Plastic bags should be banned altogether but that will take time. however, in the meanwhile, we need to address the problem immediately and I think this is the best temporary but immediate solution.
If you're worried about the inconvenience of remembering to bring your bags every time & having to pay an extra 20p then please do watch the BBC documentary called 'Drowning in Plastic'.
