Stop UK benefits being paid to families not living in the UK

Additional Information

UK benefits for UK residents and families only. people must reside in the UK and pay into the tax system for a minimum 2 years before entitled to benefits. child benifits and tax credits should not be paid to families living in other EU countries when their is only 1 parent living in the UK.
