Reduce the alcohol limit to be Zero whilst driving.
Too many people can not judge whether they are able to drive based on their current level of alcohol. Make it zero, make it clear. Do not drink and drive. Way too many lives are lost throughout the year, but it always seems to be the innocent parties who lose their lives, especially Christmas.
